The bells have rung on rue François 1er !

If you walk down rue François 1er,  you will certainly be drawn to the « chocorico » in the windows of  La Maison Du Chocolat. To celebrate this easter weekend, Gilles Marchal the chocolate artist, has created a very tasty henhouse.  These crispy, crunchy eggs mix flaky praline milk and white chocolate laid by hens with round cocoa filled bellies.  Several days of painstaking work where every detail has its importance even down to the tasty, sliced ​​almonds nails.

We ask ourselves : How will we dare bite into this chocolate masterpiece?
